friendly staff good breakfast charming room
The staff was helpful and friendly, they were pretty good! the breakfast was very good and served in a charming room on the first floor. i found tricky little hallways and steps. It added to the charm.

friendly staff nice assortment
the location near the accademia stop proved very convenient. breakfast offered a nice assortment each morning. the staff was friendly and provided excellent directions, enhancing the experience.
the room felt a bit overpriced relative to its condition (maybe a bit outdated).

the hotel provides easy access to two vaporetto stations (a great perk). i also noticed a restaurant onsite for both lunch and dinner. a covered outdoor area serves as a lovely breakfast space.

excellent location cute staff safe place
the location IS excellent, it's really near accademia vaporetto. staff are helpful. very cute. as A solo female traveler, i felt super safe here. the location helped ME access major attractions easily.
the room was somewhat basic.

the place IS situated between two vaporetto stops including accademia and zattere. A bridge goes across the grand canal near by. despite its convenience the street IS quaint, it isn't overcrowded with tourists.

my room included everything i needed during my weeklong stay. the room was comfortable, ALSO had all the basics. it features a comfortable setup perfect if you plan on using your computer.

amazing staff soft linens
the staff was amazing! they packed breakfast for my early flight, a thoughtful gesture. the room faced a quiet street and was clean, a great find. the bed included soft linens.
